Passionate about formulation, well-being and beauty, I develop various innovative galenic forms of natural cosmetic products.

Thanks to my French degree in chemical engineering from CPE Lyon, my bilingualism, but above all, thanks to my curiosity and my riguor, I know how to better understand the problems and expectations of my clients in order to offer them new solutions.

As a traveler, always looking for new ideas, I have had the opportunity to settle in different countries and contexts, from Guadeloupe – where I am originally from – to France, via Canada and England.

These past experiences have allowed me to understand the specific cosmetic habits of each culture and to adapt my creations to them as well as to the regulations.

The black and white sunny flower of Placide Cosmetics takes up the strong values of the company: the natural associated with the diversity.

The set gives a harmonious logo which evokes the Caribbean zen attitude.

The development of the cosmetic sector in the Caribbean area is important to me, therefore I volunteer in the organisation  CARISCOS – Caribbean Society of Cosmetic Scientists. It aims to promote the sharing of knowledge, to create a Caribbean scientists network and to make scientific cosmetic information accessible to the general public.

In charge of the Workshops team, I develop study groups to assist professionals of the cosmetic sector in the regulatory compliance and the improvement of laboratory techniques coping with the issues encountered in the Caribbean (formulation, study of raw materials, implementation of tests, …)
